Magnets and Labels, LLC may change these terms, from time to time, in an ongoing effort to improve your experience with us. Email Proofs
Your specific information and a photo (if applicable) will be necessary in order to personalize your item and we will need to be in direct contact once you have purchased one of our items. A confirmed email where you can be reached frequently will speed the transaction process. Certain ISP's will discard our emails into their Bulk Mail or Spam folders. If you have placed an order with us, you should either add us to your address book or check your discard folders often for our correspondence.
Shipping
All products are custom-printed to meet your specific requirements. Before the printing of your order, you will be emailed a proof image of each product ordered. Generally, you will receive a proof within 2 business days and you must approve your proof before we print your order (no exceptions). Your labels will be printed and shipped from our location in Florida within 1-3 business days from the date of your proof approval; your magnets will print and ship within 3-5 business days from final proof.
From the date an order is shipped, USPS First Class Mail has an estimated delivery between 2 and 7 business days; USPS Parcel Post has an estimated delivery between 2 and 10 business days; USPS Priority Mail is guaranteed between 2-3 business days and UPS Ground has an estimated delivery between 1-5 business days. International delivery times can vary greatly and international customers should contact us for an estimate on delivery times.
NOTE: Even if Priority, 2nd Day Air or Express Shipping options are selected and paid for, your order Will Not Ship on the same day it is received. We complete each design, send the email proof and print in the order each was received and this can vary depending on the volume of orders pending and how quickly we can reach you for final proof acceptance.
Colors and Graphics
Customer is fully responsible for final proofreading and layout approval prior to the printing process. Magnets and Labels, LLC is NOT LIABLE for errors on a final product caused by customer-approved misspelling, grammar, or punctuation. Customer-supplied graphics' colors must be supplied using the Pantone Matching System (PMS) color number. Earth-tone colors are the most difficult to match, so please be aware of this important fact. Please note that we cannot print in silver, gold or white, but we do have a process that permits us to print an illusion of silver or gold. Keep in mind that colors on computer monitors vary greatly. Additionally, if you print a photo on your inkjet printer, it will not look the same as when we print it. Our process is a 4-color digital laser printing, an entirely different method and result than your ink process.
If an exact color match is required, a sample of the color(s) should be sent to us via US Mail prior to any design work or printing. All artwork, designs and images must be provided at a minimum of 300 dpi. Magnets and Labels, LLC is NOT LIABLE for images that print fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer-provided artwork.
Sales and Refunds
Since orders are unique to each customer and have no resale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In a rare instance; however, that we make an error and we verify that it IS our error; we will reprint the order and ship it at our cost. No Refunds or Credits will be issued.
If an error is discovered in a received product, such error must be reported to Magnets and Labels, LLC within 24 hours of receipt. To receive a replacement order, customer must return, at his/her expense, 100% of the defective product within seven (7) days from the date the ordered product was received.
If for any reason you must cancel your order, you are responsible to pay for all work completed up to the time of Cancellation with a minimum charge of $35.
