TERMS OF PURCHASE


We endeavor to provide you with as much information as possible for each label and magnet that we offer for sale. While visiting our Website, if you do not find an answer to your questions, please refer to our FAQ section where we have provided answers to the most commonly asked questions. Magnets and Labels, LLC may change these terms, from time to time, in an ongoing effort to improve your experience with us.


Payments We Accept:

PayPal: We gladly accept PayPal including e-checks and credit cards registered through PayPal.

Credit Cards: We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover 

Money Order or Personal Check:  Please keep in mind that you may pay by check or money order; however, your design work will not begin until your payment has cleared our bank. If you would like to order this way, please contact us for our mailing address.

Sales Tax: 6% will be added to all sales in the state of Florida.

Orders and Email Proofs

All personalized products are custom-printed with your specific information. We will need to reach you via e-mail once you have purchased one of our items. Please be aware of this and check your email often so that we may expedite your order. An email where you can be reached frequently will speed the transaction process. Please be advised that certain Internet Service Providers (AOL specifically) will discard our emails into Bulk Mail or Spam folders. If you have placed an order with us, you should either add us to your address book or check your SPAM folder often for our correspondence.

Before the printing of your order, you will receive via e-mail a proof image of each product ordered. Generally, you will receive this proof within 24 hours after your order has been placed and you must approve your proof before we will print your order (NO Exceptions).  Therefore, customer is fully responsible for final proofreading and layout approval prior to the printing process. Magnets and Labels, LLC is NOT LIABLE for errors on a final product caused by customer-approved misspelling, grammar, or punctuation.


Custom Orders

Adequate options are available in the order area for each custom order. If you need additional explanation space, you may email us with your complete design specifications.

You will receive via e-mail an initial proof image of the product you ordered. You will have a first opportunity to make revisions by explaining your changes in a reply email. We will make all changes and send you a second email proof. At this point, only minor changes may be requested after which you will receive a final proof. You must approve the final proof before we will print your order (NO Exceptions).


Printing and Shipment

Once you have approved the e-mail proof we will schedule your order to be printed in the order in which it was received.  Your LABELS will be printed and shipped from our location in Florida within 1-3 business days from the date of your proof approval; your MAGNETS will print and ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your proof approval.

NOTE: Even if Priority, 2nd Day Air or Express Shipping options are selected and paid for, your order Will Not Ship on the same day it is received. We complete each design, send the email proof and print in the order each was received. The overall time can vary depending on the volume of orders pending and how quickly we can reach you for final proof acceptance. If we see that you have paid for faster deliver, we will do everything we can to rush your order if it is possible.   


Refund Policy

We endeavor to reach every customer within 24 - 48 hours after order placement with an email proof. If we cannot reach you by email, we will try to reach you by phone. We have designed the No Fault E-Mail Proof System for your protection as well as ours. As a result of this proof policy and since orders are unique to each customer with no resale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL - and No Refunds will be given.

In a rare instance that we make an error and we verify that it IS our error; we will reprint the order and ship it at no cost to you. No Refunds or Credits will be issued.

If an error is discovered in a received product that was an oversight of the customer, such error must be reported to Magnets and Labels, LLC within 24 hours of receipt. To receive a replacement order under these circumstances, Magnets and Labels, LLC will try to work with you on a reduced cost to reprint your item, if it is possible.

If for any reason you must cancel your order, you are responsible to pay for all work completed up to the time of Cancellation with a minimum charge of $35.
